I contacted North Bay Appraisers (NBA) on the end of June/2023 for an Appraisal Inspection on my property, and was pleased to be connected to Chique Yañez, who promptly and efficiently answered to my messages and set up the inspection with Will Cunningham.Will is knowledgeable, asked important questions while using a good amount of time visually inspecting inside and outside the home, being attentive to details. Much different than a desk ordered inspection that some lenders use, if you are not interested on those kind of inspections, specially when you have a home thats is in great shape. NBA uses their own comps to add to their analyses, and present an accurate market value of your home, free of biases.The professionalism of their team is impressive, from first contact to the end of the transaction. I experienced a dedicated staff working to get the inspection done on a time frame, and the result was presented on a coordinated flawless tech manner. I highly recommend their services.
Had a great experience with North Bay Appraisers! Needed an appraisal for estate planning and was referred to NBA. Scheduling and communication with the admin staff was a breeze. They're very well organized. Appraiser showed up on time and was very respectful of our time and our home. Even made friends with our dogs! Turnaround time for the appraisal was even faster than promised and the appraisal itself was very professional. Exactly what we needed. Highly recommend NBA!
